Who to contact
For privacy questions, email contact@smarters-player.fr. The legal data-controller identity and registered address still need to be supplied by the operator. This notice must be completed with those details and confirmed retention periods.
Enquiry details
The WhatsApp form prepares a message in your browser. It does not automatically send the text to a website server. When you choose to open WhatsApp, the prepared text is passed to WhatsApp in a link; you review and send it in that service. WhatsApp then processes information under its own terms. Do not enter passwords, device keys or banking codes into the website form.
Email contact
A mail link opens your email application. Your email provider and the receiving mailbox process the message. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive information. The website does not claim that opening the link means an email has been sent.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics loads only after you accept statistics cookies. The implementation sends page and limited interaction information, such as the type of button used. Form text, names, player keys and search phrases are excluded from custom analytics events. Page URLs used for analytics exclude query strings; selected campaign labels are separately constrained.
Your choices
You can reject analytics and still browse, search the catalogue and contact us. Use Manage cookies in the footer to change your decision. Your preference is kept locally for 180 days. To ask about access, correction, deletion or other applicable privacy rights, contact the email above. Operator-specific retention, recipients and international-transfer information require confirmation before this notice can be considered complete.
