Television through an internet connection
IPTV means television delivered over a network using internet protocol. Your device receives video through its network connection. The technology alone does not tell you which programmes are included, whether replay is available or who holds the rights to distribute the content. A useful starting point is to separate the device, the player and the service.
Three different parts of your setup
Your device may be a television, streaming box, computer or mobile. Its operating system determines which applications it can install. The player is the application that displays the video; it may be free, paid or offer in-app purchases. The service provider defines the catalogue, territory, duration and access conditions. A paid player licence does not automatically include a television subscription.
Live television, films, series and replay
Live television follows a broadcast schedule. An on-demand catalogue lets you start selected films or episodes when you choose. Replay and catch-up depend on the service, the player and the available rights; they are not guaranteed by the word IPTV. Our catalogue separates channels, films and series to make browsing easier. Ask us to confirm particular programmes before ordering.
Check the device before paying
A Samsung television and an Android television may display the same video through different applications. An HDMI port does not mean that a player can be installed directly on the television. Find your full model and operating system first. Our device guides explain the differences and help you avoid buying an incompatible player licence.
One subscription, one device
Our offers provide one connection for one device. Do not reuse the same access link on two devices: doing so can cause the access to be blocked. If you replace your device, contact support before moving the configuration. This is an access rule; it does not mean every device has a permanent, unique public IP address.
Questions to ask before ordering
Confirm your exact model, player, total cost, content availability in your country, start date, duration and support arrangements. Ask whether a separate player licence is needed and read the applicable order and refund conditions. Start with the device guide and subscription page, or use the contact form to prepare a WhatsApp request without sharing passwords.
