Start with 10 credits for €150
The minimum pack contains 10 credits for €150, equivalent to €15 per credit in that pack. This does not automatically mean ten annual subscriptions. Credit consumption can depend on duration and access type. Ask for the activation schedule, credit validity, tax treatment and rules for trials or activation errors before calculating a selling price.
Your personal panel access
After the partnership is confirmed, access details are sent privately. Verify the panel address and keep the password confidential. Do not share the account with unrelated people. Ask for a demonstration of the available functions rather than promising a feature based on a screenshot of another panel.
Check the catalogue for your market
Channel and film names do not establish redistribution permission in every country. Confirm the authorised catalogue and territories in your agreement. The public catalogue is a descriptive browsing tool; its France, United Kingdom or Arabic categories are not a map of distribution rights. Send us the programmes your customers ask for most often.
Help your first customers
Check the complete device model before activation. Explain the difference between the player licence and television access. Use the installation guides to make the process repeatable, then test sound, navigation and an included programme. Tell every customer that one subscription is for one device and one connection and that reusing the link across devices can block access.
Organise support and payments
Agree who handles customer questions and which information is needed for faults. Our WhatsApp support is available 24/7, but your customer must know who their seller is and which terms apply. Payment options are international bank transfer, Wafacash, Western Union and Ria. PayPal is not offered. Confirm the beneficiary, fees, currency and final amount before transferring money.
Before you activate a pack
Obtain the credit rules and expiry terms in writing, identify the supported catalogue and territories, read cancellation and refund terms and protect your panel login. Keep only customer information needed for the service and never put customer exports on a public website. There is no guaranteed margin or sales volume. Use the reseller form to clarify these points first.
